Ad hoc Approver at last step SHC PO Bid

Hi,

I am encountering approval for the last step once I added an adhoc in the middle of the approvals, it is ok, but once I added the adhoc approver at the last, the document becomes approved already without the actual approving the document. And when I check the document again, the approval preview is reset to admin.
