Process chains status using tcode RSPCM?

Former Member

Hi,

I have added process chains to trans code RSPCM to track the status everyday. It is prompting date selection prompt every time I run the tcode RSPCM to view Process Chain status?

Any idea how to set the date selection once so that it doesn't prompt the date selection every time.

Steve

Hi,

On the same monitor screen, theres a filter button. Click on that to select the time interval of your choice !

Prakash,

I have specified the filter for the date. But when I click on refresh button, It is again asking for date selection for every process chain added to this RSPCM.

Any idea why It is prompting "date selection" again?

Same problem, solved by [ Note 1036889 - Correction: Popup in RSPCM if process chain has not been run|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1036889] as of 03.27.2007, hoping that you solved it since 2007

Hi Steve,

Just a quick suggestion, sometimes transaction RSPCM can be a little cumbersome. I would try running program /SSA/BWT. If you want to know how to use and run this program up please feel free to email me.

Thanks

Ben

PS if this helps some points would be great.

Ben,

I have tried to this program /SSA/BWT using SE38 tcode, but it appears that this program doesn't exists.

Please can you tell how to setup this program for process chains monitoring in BW Prod, can it be transported from BW DEV to BW Prod?

Hi Steve,

You should be able to transport this program from your dev system to your production system.

Or if you have trouble, I can email you a copy of the ABAP code and you can create the program yourself, in dev and transport it to your production system.

Hope this helps

Hello Steve.

I don't know if you got your issue solved but try to see if you have a chain process in rspcm that is scheduled ahead; for example today is monday and you want this chain process to run on friday; because this chain hasn't started yet, sometimes the message for date apperas.

regards.
