problems to logon to sap

Hello all,

I'm needing your help. I'm experiencing problems to log on to sap via saplogon, everytime i try to logon, after a type user/password i get a message telling that none IDMP was conserved.

Is there anyone who could help us ?

try updating your SAP GUI, with the latest available patches. i hope tht will resolve the issue.
