Authentication failure while using SF API

I am getting auth error when calling the login API for getting session.

All the user permission are set properly, still getting the below error, please help.

"Authentication failed, no API login permission(status code = 14)"

Thanks for the answer.

But this permission was already set for the user, still getting the same error.

Any other help will be highly appreciated.
