ITS session not getting Killed

Dear All,

When some users log on to the portal through certain PC's, the ITS sessions are getting killed properly whereas when you log on to the portal off other PC's the ITS sessions are not getting killed properly.

When a user keeps on clicking on ITS related iviews from such machines, the sessions keep adding up on ITS.

We are using windows XP on all PC's. What could be the root cause for this issue?

By the way I forgot to mention that we are running EP on Netveawer 2004s.

some PCs it working and some PCs its not working?

may be pop up blocker is active in those machines. pre EP7 Session Release Agent of portal would open/close a popup to close a backendsession and this was causing problem because of pop up blockers.

however i heard that in EP7, this is resolved.
