User id of billing released to accounting

Hi,

In our scenario one central user will create the invoices and the respective authorities will release the invoices based on the location. Now I want to capture the user ID of Releasing authority. After releasing the billing, the user id of the releasing persons is not updating the change log of the document.

Suggest me how to get the user details of the Releasing person.

VF02 / 03 -> enter the invoice doc no -> click on accounting tab -> double-click on accounting doc no -> (if you have authorization for FB03) the ac doc for the inovice will be displayed -> click on the display document header icon (HAT) or press F5.

This will show the ID that released the invoice to accounting and other details.

Hi

please check table BKPF, enter accounting document of billing document, you can get the user name.
