SAP Cloud Platform Portal - Importing Theme - Error 404

Hello,

just recently I'm not able to import any theme to Cloud Portal Service.
Following error message is shown in Developer Tools when I try to do so:

GET https://flpnwc-....dispatcher.hana.ondemand.com/api/html5api/accounts/.../applications/theme?withRepository=true 404 (Not Found)

Even when I create a basic theme (SAP Belize) with UI Theme Designer, do an export and try importing it to Portal Service I get the same error messageHas anyone else whitnessed this problem or has any kind of hint for me to get this work?

In the past I was able to upload a theme. So maybe this is related to the latest update of SAP Cloud Platform?

    seems like last night this issue has been resolved.
    Today I was able to import my theme.

    Did you find the answer to this?

    I get the same problem. Extending the Blue Crystal or the Belize theme leads to the same error. Impossible to import a custom theme in the Sites Theme Manager on my side.

    Edit: I found that in my previous themes there was a file which is not there anymore when I export a theme from the UI Designer.

    The file is named exportedThemeInfo.json and is one of the error I get in my dev console.

    I tried to duplicate this file from my previous theme, changing the required fields with the right values and finally adding it manually to the zip. But this does not work, I still get the same error.

    I have the file exportThemesInfo.json also which seem well generated automatically by the UI Designer exporter but also raises an error in the dev console when trying to upload the theme in the Cloud Portal.

    Hi

    Can you please try to

    1. Please clear your browser cache.

    2. Open UI theme designer.

    3. Click on the "Import a Theme" button. and import your theme.

    If you still get the error. Please click in the UI theme designer menu

    on >Help > About and attach a screenshot of this to the incident
