Acces for a SAP person to the server.

If a SAP person need to conect to R/3 to make some test of a program or check something about a note. What I need to bring to him or her for the connection?

    First u need install SAP front end that is SAP GUI, the connect your system to the server network. Finally u need user name got created in SAP to login.

    Hi,

    the person should have the USER id for that Server, and the the SAP GUI should be installed in the System, and finally it should be conected Via Internat using the CITRIX server or through VPN.

    OK, the SAP GUI is installed.

    Is a SAP note that we open and the person of SAP need the information to make the connection with our server.

    I don't know if only need the user and password or need to a parameter conection or something like that.
