Changes not getting recorded for field MSTAE(cross plant status), MSTDE in CDHDR and CDPOS?

Dear All,

While we change material, changes are not getting recorded in CDPOS and CDHDR, resulting not information in MM04 or display changes - MM03.

When i check the data type in MARA for MSTAE and MSTDE, change document tick mark is enabled..

This is not really something that is customizing related, change log in material master is just standard functionality, if that does not work then search for OSS notes and contact SAP Support if you can't find any related

check note 2012338 - Change document cannot be found in transaction MM04 when material is changed.
