Customize error message in bi4

Hi All,

We have client requirement where they want us to customize BO error which is getting generated after clicking on refresh option in bo launchpad.User is getting error as database was down because of overnight database loading activity.Client wants that when user click on refresh while database loading activity is in progress,user should get message like DB loading activity is in progress & you won't be able refresh report now.Please advise how to achieve this.Thanks in advance.

I am not able to find path on webpshere where those error jsp files are present.

BO Version : BI4.1 SP3

OS : AIX

Application sever : Websphere.
