Hi

Ganesh ther could be many reasons for this cause to check the error go to SCC3 select client export tab from application tool bar then select the canceled one at bottom you could find message saying to check sm21 for log, insted you will find a tab in application tool bar as system log click that one it takes you to sm21 directly... and try to know the WP nuber from system log and try to chek the errors from that WP trace....hopefully we get something to resolve it....

There is also a chance of less time in MAX run time parameter. When u do a client copy or export the system need time to initize and then start the copy so try to increase the WPrun time in instance parameter and run it in BG.

Award point if solved

Hello Ganesh,

I had received the same kind of error once, we applied the following workaround

Execute the client export in foreground. The client export at SAP level won't take much time and would get completed quickly.

BUT yes, this does NOT mean that the Co-files & Datafiles are generated quickly.

You will notice, that the file size & timestamp of cofile & datafile being updated. Once the timestap of the co-files & datafile stops you can be sure that the client export has completed.

Incase you still want to find the RCA of your problem, please send us the export log details.

Hi,

Check the log genreated, send the log, if possible, check RFC user CPIC is locked or not in STMS.

Possiblely find the solution, repeat the activity from same pt.
