PO with account assignment Q, Shows the Actual cost on Goods Receipt

I am creating a Purchase Order with account assignment Q. When the Purchase order is created, it is appearing as a commitment in WBS Reports, When the Goods Receipt is made the WBS reports shows the Goods Receipt value as a Actual amount which indirectly means its a consumed. I dont want WBS reports to show as consumption even the materials are in Stock.. Kindly guide me

Please check OBYC Settings with MM/CO guy. this will correct this issue most probably.
