Unable to print work order by print button but can be printed by print view option in sap pm

Hi All,

we are facing one issue in SAP PM. While we are taking the print of Work Order through Print button print is not getting but when we take by selecting the Print view and taking the print we are able to get the print of the Work Order.

Kindly help to route cause the issue.

If it still works in your development system, then there could be a difference in the patch levels on the DEV and PRD systems.

It could also be that the SmartForm didnt transport correctly to PRD.

Does this happen for all users, or just some?

Hi Peter,

could not find any difference.

Actually this issue was not there earlier, recently we have developed one new smart form and added in the program. Since after moving this to production the issue was occurring .

Do you think is any issue in the smart form development . Kindly help out.

Get your ABAP Team to debug the shop paper to see why there is a difference between print and print preview.
