Manage Bank in S/4 HANA 1610 Fiori not working

Hi All,

Currently am working on S/4 HANA1610. We activated the Manage Bank fiori app.

In manage Bank fiori app while clicking "Display Bank Accounts" Buton under "Display Bank", system trying to navigate to "http://xxxxxx/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html?sap-client=100&sap-language=EN#BankAccount-maintainHierarchy?BANKS=DE&BANKL=25020600" and it is ending with

"Could not open the app.Please Try again Later" message.

I have cross verified the CATALOG ID: SAP_SFIN_BC_CM_BAM. There is no mapping for webdnyproand no action as maintainHierarchy.

Anyone pls guide me to resolve this ..
