    Hi mary,

Not sure what u meant by adding this function to the profile, as i have created the multiarea and this multiarea was assigned to this profile, so the planning function was created in multiarea. Yes, before i transported this function i did tranpsorted the profile first.

I mean the planning profile in BPS0.

You have to transport planning profile after the planning function since if you transport the planning profile before the planning function, it does not exist yet...

      Hope that clarifys things.

    Coronel,

I assume u transported ur planning level. You can always look in SE10 on the planning objects tied to the transported. Collect ur transport one more time and see the collected objects in transport organizer.

That's unusual, Most people have problems with too much config in the destination system having failed to properly transport their deletions!

I can only think that your transport was compiled and released before you created the second function. Have you tried simply putting it onto a new transport?

You can open up the contents display of the original transport and look for the entries under the apropriate folder (UPC_FUNCTION perhaps? I can't remember!) to see if the function was originally included.

    Dear danny & andrew,

I compile my transport request after the creation of the function. And this object did capture in my transport request under UPF_EXITP.

This function is working fine in my testing client, just it dint show in the BPS0 under that Planning Level, so strange.

Is the missing planning function a new planning function that is being transported for the first time where as the planning function that was transported correctly has gone over before? Are you using planning profiles? If so to both, have you added the new function to the planning profile and transported the planning profile?

    Hope this helps,

    Mary
