Error Type 'Internal error during processing of object keys' when executing ATC check

Dear friend:

Now I would like to execute an ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit) in a development system as below:

1) Logon development system and execute with t-code SE80

2) Searching program ZMM00200 in SE80 and execute with Check->ABAP Test Cockpit

3) The ATC check is fail and there has a failture type with 'Internal error during processing of object keys' showing.

The system is with version S4HANA 1610 SAP_BASIS 751.

I used the 'Check Variant' with 'DEFAULT'.

May I confirm that what does this error type mean ? Is there any solution for it ?

What is object keys here ? How to correct it ?

Hi ,

Even i am also getting the same error when tried enabling ATC check in my Satellite system. Could anyone help with respond how to solve this issue.

I am getting the Tool failure with my result code.
