RE-FX Germany Country Specific use in USA

We have implemented RE-FX several years back (ECC6 ERP6 EHP6). There appears to be functionality in the country specific config for Germany that we may have use for. Is it possible to implement country specific components for a different country in order to have access to those objects? Specifically we are managing land base real estate (cadaster descriptions) and could use some of that functionality as well as the easements for some of our contract types. Any information will be appreciated as it is pretty tough tracking down RE-FX help and training here.

Integration

The country-specific functions are part of the Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) component and are delivered with the standard system.To use these functions, you have to activate the program code for the given country in Customizing.

In Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management, choose Country-Specific Settings® Activate Country-Specifics.
