Hi,
We have a signed SSL certificate due to expire 3/2007. I would like to know the procedure for renewing it in the portal.
It appears that the steps are something like:
1. In the KeyStorage service for a server-
-create a new public/private key pair (the current ones are due to expire)
-generate a CSR
-import the signed certificate
2. In the SSL Provider service for a server-
-enable the new public/private key pair credentials for both ports
What am i missing?
thanks in advance,
Steven McElwee, Duke University

So ... you are saying that you had ssl_credentials as an "Active Sockets" and it didn't work, but it did after you added it to "New Sockets"?

Well, I did miss something. The new SSL credentials need to be assigned to the New Sockets as well. AFter that, i was able to access the new SSL certificate from a web browser.
Thanks,
Steven
