Viewing KM content

Hi,

By using the following URL, an end user can easliy view the KM contents. This user deos not have any Admin roles. Also, by navigating to one of the folders, by chossing the 'Selection' menu and 'Delete' the contents can be deleted.

Everyone group is provided read only permission on these folders.

http://<server:port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.pagebuilder.IviewModeProxy?iview_id=pcd%3Aportal_content/administrator/super_admin/super_admin_role/com.sap.portal.content_administration/com.sap.portal.content_admin_ws/com.sap.km.AdminContent/com.sap.km.AdminContentExplorer&iview_mode=default

How can we remove this so that the user can not direclty look into the contents.

    Hi,

    One way is to remove Security Zone permissions for "Everyone" group on this component "IviewModeProxy".

    Here is the path where you can do this:

    System Administration --> permissions --> Portal Permissions --> Security Zones --> sap.com --> no_safety --> com.sap.portal.pagebuilder --> IviewModeProxy

    Once you reach <b>IviewModeProxy</b> node double click to see the permissions.

    Then just remove the "Everyone" group.

    Greetings,
