BPC 10 - The Submit Data dialog box on the input form is always in the background

We are currently on Windows 10 and EPM 10 Client SP25 for the Excel add-in. On one of the users' machines, when you try to save data on an input form, the dialog box which asks whether you want to submit data shows up in the task bar. But it is not clickable. As a result, the user isnt able to submit data from any input form. Has anyone seen a similar issue before?

Managed to get this issue resolved. The user's machine had some docking-undocking issue. Tried extending and duplicating the screens leaving the machine docked and that made the submit confirmation window active again.

Macros are used. But the input form works well on other users' machines with same versions of OS, EPM client and Office. The issue is very specific to one user's machine.

I suspect macros effect! But it's not possible to help without detailed investigation.
