SCM APO Functional Career

Hi,

I am planning to move from ERP Application development to Functional domain.I have 6+ years of experience in oracle and other ERP application developments.

I finished MBA in sales and marketing.I had gone through different products functional features from oracle & sap.I found APO as more logical and operational which would help companies to come up with different innovative ideas from analysis.

would like to hear your expert opinions in regards to SAP APO Career ,

1.How is job market for APO?

2.How do you view APO in ten years down the line?

3.What modules in SCM are prerequisite for APO?

4.If I want to move directly into APO what is your suggestions?

5.What are the good consulting companies in US that deal with SAP consulting?(you can let me know small consulting companies expertised in dealing with SAP, you can take this oppurtunity for Referral Bonus as well)

I am sure many more of groups members would be in same situation to know more about APO Market.

I would request thread watching members if you find any expert answer helped you,post a reply in the thread mentioning your points, I will allocate points along with my points.
