Dear SDN Team Members!
My Functional Consultant asked me to create a control Table in SM30 which should have the following details:
Customer Number (Sold-to-party)
Notification Frequency (Monthly / Weekly)
Format of invoice (Email / Fax)
Recipient Details (Email address / Fax numbers)
Last Requested Date (by customer)
Last Processed Billing order Number.
The table should contain all these details so as my report program (ordinary report) will make use of these details.
I'm new to ABAP. I have not much idea about this Table Maintenance (i.e. about transaction SM30)
Could any one please help understand why is SM30 used for? how to use this? etc...
Please provide me complete details or pass me any material which consists about this sm30 transaction.
Your co-operation would be much appreiciated.

Create a Z table with fields required. And generate table maintenance for it.
