Some employees are getting below error while downloading Appraisal document in Portal 7.3

Error when generating PDF file

I have tried to download the same appraisal document in ECC using PHAP_ADMIN_PA, but got same error.

Some users are able to download the document successfully.

Please suggest.

Hi Venu,

It seems like an authorization issue while accessing from GUI. Please note that users must have authorization to the printer to generate PDF, only admin users have authorization to the local printer.

If the issue still persists, please share the detailed error message. Thanks.
