As I said, the Java useradmin tool allows you export the users from a system as a text file. This file can then be used to create users in another Java system. That is the data export and import.
Replication was a feature(?) that used to be discussed in relation to UME, but basically it's not very useful.
Is there a specific thing you wish to find out?
