problem in alv

can anyone tell how to save the output data in one ztable

    sorry i cannot get your question properly.

    if you want to save the itab data to ztable use

    insert ztab from table itab.

    commit work.

    Hi,

    Enable the save button in GUI status.Then in PAI of screen,

    case sy-ucomm.

    when 'SAVE'.

    modify dbtab from table itab.

    endcase.

    You can also use insert if the entries are new created in db.

    goto SE11, Create a table with same characteristcs as your output table.

    then in your report wrte the code to save the data in Databes using insert command or with

    modify ZYEMP_DTL from table ITAB

      u have to make use of PAI event of the screen or if u r using Alv then u can pass the User commands in the display functions..

      and at user command u can write like this -

      case sy-ucomm.

      when 'SAVE'.

      modify Dbtab from itab.

      endcase.
