    Hi,

it's not relevant, only if you do not know the jobname but know the abaps name you can use jobname = * / abapname = abapname

    Hi Rohit,

The job name is one specified by the system or the BW consultant but what is the operation or process perfromed by the job can be derived from the job name. Hence each job does a process which internally is an ABAP program.

    Bye

sm37 jobs often run an ABAP program with its specified variant.

sm37 job name is OK.but what it will do..is specified by program name and variant.
