Printing Crystal Reports based labels

Greetings!

I am having issues printing label forms (Zebra 105) from different user profiles on a terminal server based network. How do i set individual printer preferences that 'stick'?

I tried from the network admin login but they seem to be changing. The label form is located on the terminal server which is not on premise. The Zebra's are on premise.

Is locating the label form on local workstations a solution?

Hi Peter,

Are you printing the labels from CR Designer or an application?

If from CR Designer then yes, running CR from a local PC with the printer driver installed and connected will fix the problem.

Set the report up by editing the Page Setup and select all settings and save it. Each time you run now it should use those setting.

Another way is create a Copy of the Zebra Printer on the TS Server and set the defaults you need to use and then select that printer each time.
