    HI,

    COntrol FOrm is something like writing the same Command in SAPscript, but thru' a Function module:

    Eg:

    CALL FUNCTION 'CONTROL_FORM'

    EXPORTING

    command = 'NEW-PAGE'

    EXCEPTIONS

    unopened = 1

    unstarted = 2

    OTHERS = 3.

    IF sy-subrc <> 0.

    MESSAGE ID sy-msgid TYPE sy-msgty NUMBER sy-msgno

    WITH sy-msgv1 sy-msgv2 sy-msgv3 sy-msgv4.

    ENDIF.

    This sends a New-page command to the SAPscript.

    Packed decimal takes 8 bytes length for the numeric and two spaces for comma.

    So it might be taking 10 digits as the total length.

    Regards

    Subramanian
