Cost center and fuctional area validation in Internal Order

Hi floks

I want to implement a validation rule that checks that the functional area in the internal order master data corresponds to the functional area of the responsible cost center. This check should be done when we create a new internal order and also if we make a change to an existing internal order.

Can you someone advise me how to write a validation for this.
