SCAT - IW32 ?

Hi,

In transaction IW32 under 'object' tab, we need to update the order with list of functional locations. we are on 4.6c, and currently the page-down functionality is not supported by SAP, hence we are unable to use the bdc for more than specific number of lines on screen (say 18). We could not find any standard function module either which would do the job.

Can i achieve this by SCAT ? How can the data be passed dynamically to scat(order# and list of functional locations to updated with)? How to call this SCAT periodically whenever needed ?

Appreciate all help.

    Hi,

I think when you go for a BDC with table controls the number of lines would be 13 or 14. Set the OPTIONS FROM opt [ where opt is of data type CTU_PARAMS] parameter in the call transaction. set the DEFSIZE = 'X' in this variable. [ Check the actual sysntax ].

Then use a counter and move the values serially in a do ...while loop.

Once the counter reaches the maximum visible lines, use a ok-code 'P++'. This is there in 4.6C, as we are using 4.6C only.

    Regards
