Printing GR and GI documents in different languages

We have users logging in French and English. When posting a Good Issue or a Goods receipt the documents are printing in English only. We have set up SAPscript documents for both languages.

How (in which language) users are loggin in? Ask them to log in French langauge and complete the transaction (GR and GI), Then try to take print out with same langauge log in.

also check the language option in condition record in MN21.

I have entered the conditions and language using MN21 but still have the same issues. Any other suggestions.

did you try to complete transaction with same language? I had same problem some time back for JP language. we asked user to log in JP language and complete the transaction and then ask him to take a print out with same log in language. It was working.

please confirm.

The user logs on as French, when they complete the GR using MIGO, the material doc prints in English, when they reprint the form and enter FR in the Language field it prints in French.

Thank you for all your help. I had to remove the language identifiers from the table which then the documents to print in the Logon On Language.

hello, all the printouts in MM and SD take the language from the communication language field in customer and vendor master !!!

update your master data accordingly.
