AR Down Payment Request and Invoice/ Authorizatons

Dear Experts

When I give Full Authorization for AR Downpayment Request and No Authorization to AR Downpayment Invoice to particular user. As per Authorization user should able to open AR Downpayment Request and block AR Downpayment Invoice. But, currently system doesn't allow user to access both documents. I know that is SAP Note referring to that this will maybe fixed in the future. Is there any workaround on that?
