Cascading LOV on the same column

Hi,

I have a query that returns a dataset with values like below

Id Text ParentID Level Path PathText

2 Text2 NULL 0 2 Text2

478 Text478 2 1 2.478 Text2|Text478

1003 Text1003 478 2 2.478.1003 Text2|Text478|Text1003

497 Text497 2 1 2.497 Text2|Text497

1097 Text1097 497 2 2.497.1097 Text2|Text497|Text1097

And so on…

It can go down to level 7

I need to be able to filter on levels so I need a list of values for each level. For example, if I select 478, I need to have in the level 2 list of values only the value 1003. I need to have 7 lists of values as I don’t need level 0 which is the root item.

Is it possible to do that in Crystal reports? If so, how can I do it and if not how can I do it? I thought about having all levels for each item (7 columns for 7 levels) but the query is far too complex to do it in Crystal reports.

Thanks for your help.

I do apologize for the array that did not diplay properly

Id Text ParentID Level Path PathText

What I need is to filter on the field "ParentID".
