Can not open BI rich client app

Dears,

After changing the locale setting from BI rich client app to 'Arabic' I can not open the app anymore . could I reset the locale again to 'English' from outside the app to be able to open it again ?

The error raised while opening the app is :

java.lang.NullPointerException at com.sap.webi.ui.workbench.WebIWorkbench.getApplicationPopupMenu(WebIWorkbench.java:320)
