Yrgent help on SE63 - Incorrect CodePage/ Object Not found

Hi,

I am unable to finish the Tcode SE63.

When i wanted to translate my Text Module into Portugese or Spanish i am

unable to do the translation using SE63. The errors shown are either:

Incorrect Code Page or

Object not found (shown as warning but the object exits).

Could someone please give me step wise info on how to carry on with SE63?
