Create new users

To delete favorites:

Open bex analyzer, expand favorites and cursor on that query and 'delete'(trash icon), system will ask for deletion of object or object reference ...choose object reference,,

you can delete the favorite by login with the user id, and right click 'favorites' and 'delete all favorites'. or when copy user, to avoid favorites be copied,

don't mark 'personalization'.

to give user access to read only of certain object, you can create role with PFCG , go to 'authorization' tab, if a window pop up, choose do not select template ..

for infoarea, you can try need to choose

then click 'selection criteria', and obsolete Authorization objects AAAA and Data Warehousing Workbench - Data Model (not used yet) S_RS_DMOD ...

( or better choose business info. warehouse (RS) and

the object under infoarea e.g infocube, infoobject catalog.)

by click the - sign and 'insert choose', expand the authorization object and click pencil in front of 'activity' and mark '03', give the infoarea name etc...
