Interaction Record

Hi Experts,

I would like to know whether it is possible to create a Complaint Transaction from an Interaction record in IC WebClient. I tried using Copy Control and it wasn't working. Can we use actions to create complaint. If we are using action Is there any SAP delivered method which will create complaint from interaction record.

Regards,

Al

    Hi,

You can create complaints with reference to

    sales transaction

    service process,

    service order,

    confirmation,

    service contract

    in-house repair order

    CRM billing document.

You can also create complaints without reference to a preceding document.

    Thanks,

    Rashmi.

      Hi Rashmi,

Thanks for your response. I just want to confirm whether it is possible to create a Complaint from an Interaction Record. From the response you had provided earlier I understand that it isn't possible to create a Complaint from an Interaction record. Can you please confirm?

If it is possible to create a Complaint from an Interaction record what is the steps I need to follow?

      Regards,

      Al
