Interaction Record

Hi Experts,

I would like to know whether it is possible to create a Complaint Transaction from an Interaction record in IC WebClient. I tried using Copy Control and it wasn't working. Can we use actions to create complaint. If we are using action Is there any SAP delivered method which will create complaint from interaction record.
