erreur:sapgui640 partner not reached(host 127.0.0.1 service sapdp00)

I am a beginner on SAP R/3 .

my laptop configuration is: windows xp média center

1.86Ghz 1G de Ram 80G de HDD.

I have installed all those thing -Full download includes SAPGUI (2 files 1.5GB, 1.25GB)

-Download SAPGUI only! (342 MB)

- Installation Guide (PDF 1.32 MB)

my laptop is not connected to a Lan;when I try to launch my first connexion on

sap with a user account I have the following message:

erreur:sapgui640

partner not reached(host 127.0.0.1 service sapdp00)

wsaeconnrefused:connection refused

    Hi

    Check whether your SAP is up and running . You can see it from SAPMMC icon on the desktop.Everything should be green

    Hi,

    Have you installed MS Loopback Adapter? If not do so. You need it, if you are not connected to a LAN. For instructions how to install and cofigure it have a look at install help which is included in the dowload.

      thanks for your answer I hav already installed a loopback as it's explained in the

      guide, I put the ip adress 10.10.0.10.my installation it seem to be fine

      but when I try to have a cxion with an account I hav created according to an exercice.what about your own installation ? which step hav U follow up ?
