Rebate Credit memo item category error

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to create Rebate Credit memo using Final settlement - Automatic with transaction (RBT_ENH_VB7), but due to below error it is not creating the same. Please see the error screenshot attached herewith.

Error Message: No Item category available (Table T184 YB1E)

However the item category determination is already maintained in table T184

You say that the item category determination is already maintained, please paste that entry here.

This is an error message from the internet, it shows item category group (0001). In your error message there is no item category group.

" NO ITEM CATEGORY AVAILABLE (Table T184 ZOR 0001) "

Check the item ca gr of the settlement material in MVKE and cross-check if the same ItCa group has been maintained in T184.

Have a look at OSS note 1695275 though it is related to a different error message

As you mentioned, not needed to go through this OSS note for this issue. But a good note none-the-less.
