You could use transaction 'PP01' for creating relationships between two objects.

The realtionships are always maintained both ways i.e. top-down and bottom-up. (for example, A003 and B003, you create one and the system creates the corresponding realationship automatically but take care of the direction!). These relationships are stored in table HRP1001 (which is one of the most imp. table in HR).

But if the objects are not SAP Std. objects then you'd have to maintained a few tables to get the relationship working.

    Hope this helps.

Please look into the following table T777V and T77ZR.These are the tables which are used for the puropse of creating relaionship. Also look into the documentation corresponding to the nodes for the same.

Please let me know in case you have any further doubts,

I was assigning a employee to an org unit, where in I got an error saying that

"<i>the cost center costcenternumber is blocked against direct posting on somedate.</i>" .

Can you please let me know what and where can I make changes can I make in the config?

    Thanks,

    Vivek

    Hi Vivek,

If the message says Cost center blocked ask the FI User to unlock it as they block the Costcenters for posyings etc. We cannot do any changes to it from HR side.

    Regards

    Uday
