Good guide over implementation features of Solution Manager

Hi Gurus,

Iam new to Solution Manager . We currently hv Solution Manager 3.2 installed in our scenario.Iam being asked to xplore athe features of SM. Can somebody send me good pdf/word guides detailing the features of SM like Solution Manager Diagnostics,Project Simulation, Change request Management and System Monitoring etc and their benefits of implementation along with scope.I currently want good guides over these features.My Email Id is reachme.saumya@gmail.com .

    You find good KT kits at the RKT location where SIM files can be checked out explaining every scenario in detail.

      Iam sorry i think i hv put up my question in a wrong way ,actually i am looking forward to implement only two features in Solution Manager as of now :

      Solution Manager diagnostics and Project Simulation
