Configuration related to output message

Hi,

I wanted to attach output message type ZPUR to my PO whenever the po is getting saved.

I had done the necessary configuration and maintained the condition records too.

But this output message type is not getting attached automatically.

When i am going to see in the analysis part, it says that condition record is found

But something is missing in order to attach the output type.

Pl suggest.
