Location of Excel file

Helo friends,

I am running a query under reporting agent(using Web templates). The query gets executed in the background and its stored some where.

I need to know the location where the excel file is stored. I need to know the path and also when i run the reporting agent daily then whether the excel file is overwritten or updated?

Plz help me its an immediate task that i should do it.

    The path and file name is defined by you in reporting agent; the file is overwritten ech time the query run.

      I have not defined the path anywhere. I have no idea wherewe define it.

      Can you explain the steps where we define the path?

      also if possible send me where i can find out the path.
