Error in BEX Analyzer

Hi,

When i try to execute or open a query with characterstics it works fine but when i execute or open the query with keyfigures then gives me the error critical program error closing the program for further information see the trace

when i go to RSRT & execute the query it is showing me the Keyfigure data

we are in Netweaver 2004s with support pach 710

Hello Maya,

Please record a trace as per the following details and post the results to help you better

You can record a front-end trace as follows:

1.) Start BExAnalyzer

2.) Go To Global Settings

3.) Go to the trace tab

4.) Check "Record Trace"

5.) Close the dialog

6.) Close BExAnalyzer

7.) Reproduce the problem

After the "Critical Program Error" popup appears you find a file

BExAnalyzerTrace.txt in the %temp% folder.

I HAVE DONE THAT but i am not able see the file

If you are not able to find the folder %temp%,

reopen the analyzer and goto the trace tab again and press "display trace".

The default workbook somehow may have got corrupted.

Please open the BExAnalyzer and goto the

"Global settings" screen (Its on the BExAnalysis Toolbox menubar).

In the "Select Default workbook" tab click on the "Use SAP Standard"

button.

This would set the default workbook for your user. Close Analyzer and reopen it.
