Hierarchy maintenance in web mask

Hi togehter,

is there any standard way, to maintain a SAP BW hierarchy via a web mask?

I am in S/4HANA with embedded BW (SAP_BW 751).

If it is possible - how can I create the URL or how can I connect it with the launchpad? Is there a fiori app for this?
