sap screen persona 3.0 SP 02

Hi Experts,

We are using sap screen persona 3.0 SP02 in our environment ECC 6.0 EHP 6.

We are unable to use any persona related Tx codes from SAP menu and default roles are not available.

Can you please provide the transaction codes used for our release as I'm new to SAP Screen Persona.

Kindly guide us with prerequisites and other configuration details to work on screen persona.

Have you run the health check in the Personas admin transaction - /personas/admin? Are all the lights green?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your quick response. I have gone through the link and all the prerequisites are met. I have executed Tx: /n/persos/admin_ui for configuration check and found all the lights are green except kernel. (We are planing for Kernel patch upgrade)

Please find the below screenshot of configuration check.

I'm not getting Persona Screen to edit screens.

I'm facing below issue when I'm trying to access Person from SICF service /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/persos/mainapp in one system.

Kindly guide me to solve the issue.

You mentioned Personas 3.0 SP02, but these screen shots are from Personas 2.0

At this time, Personas 2.0 is in ramp-down phase and support will cease with the end of 2018, so if you are just starting with Personas now, then you should go with Personas 3.0 instead.

If you must use Personas 2.0 still, then it appears the system configuration is not taken care of properly. I'd suggest reviewing the information available here and making sure all necessary configuration takes place.

As I mentioned earlier, we have sap screen persona 3.0 SP02 in our system. Please find the below screenshot of the same.

As you said, configuration might not be done. Can you please provide document to carryout configuration for

sap screen persona 3.0 from scratch. So that it will be very helpful to carryout the task.

Request you to kindly guide me on this issue. Please confirm if you need any other details.

It was confusing to see screen shots from Personas 2.0, but Personas 3.0 SP02 is indeed installed in your system.

You should follow the steps described in the Installation- and Configuration Guide. This document is for SP04 and not SP02, but for the most part, it is applicable. The master note for SP02 however is 2222773 instead of 2376426.

Keep in mind that SP02 has been out of support for a while now, so I'd advise to upgrade your Personas installation to avoid experiencing eventual issues, for which no fix will be provided if they are not covered by the master note 2222773.
