During inventory counting we
found material on stock which was not in SAP. In this case we added a line on
an inventory record with the relevant data. In this case I have entered the
material manually on the inventory records in LI11n but the difference to other
“found” material is the Stock category “Q” as the material shall not be free
available but blocked for quality control.
We
cleared the difference in LI20, which worked fine. But when we wanted to write
off the material in LI21 we got the error message displayed.
Against this transaction lot
number has not generated. I have checked in QA32.Stock is not visible in MMBC.
We are unable to write of the document in LI21 why because we are
getting error .Error is (Change the inspection stock of material in QM
only)
We are unable
to cancel the documents, because they are cleared.
would you please suggest on this .
