Hi,

Yes you can define all these things using WebDynpro FloorPlanManager. To develop these types of allications you should need to install JDI on your server.

Go to the following link to know more about FloorPlanManager

Hi,

No . There seems to be an option in portal to define perspectives and navigation paths.

Say we create 3 components using FPM. Deploy them.. we can login to portal and using thse views. create VACs out of these.. create perspectives.. define the flow using navigation paths.

Hope this info helps.

Hi Bharatwaj,

ya you can find the views to configure the perspecives and navigation paths in

the following link in the portal.

Content Administrator->Portal Content->Content provided by SAP->srvconfig.

This is folder where you have to do all the FPM configurations for your application.

Hi Sharadha,

Thanks for the help. These folder are empty. What I am looking at is FPM application editor.

Thanks and Regards

Hi Bharatwaj,

To create FPM applications and views, you need to have a role called

'Self service administrator'. Go to Self-Service administartor->Portal content->

Content provided by sap->srvconfig. to create the FPM applications. You will get the 'Create FPM application' option in the contextmenu.

Pleae make sure that ur webdynpro components implement the interfaces provided by FPM

Sharadha
