Hi,

what is the BAPI or FM to create PERNR (PA40).

Hi Vallamuthu,

You can create 'PERNR' by creating 'Personnel Actions' from the Transaction PA40.

It will give you the new pernr everytime as you hire new employee.

or you want some thing else...!!

Try HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA and/or HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION.
