Hi

I have installed R/3 4.7 x200 Enterprise version ..... my current kernel release is 640 and pck level is 139.

I am trying to update my SPAM version from 16 to 22....

During this I am getting a pop-up that : Queue SAPKLFRV10 has not yet been confirmed and it is showing spam status as PROLOGUE.

The Action Log shows ::

Import phase 'PROLOGUE' (10.01.2007, 06:55:45)

Queue SAPKLFRV10 has not yet been confirmed

Abort the import due to an error situation (10.01.2007, 06:55:45)

Please help

Sarin

Hi Sarin,

before applying any support pack, first we should make sure that the import queue is "green" [i.e, SPAM status should be green].

so, first confirm the existing queue by clicking the "support package" > "confirm" and then repeat the process.

hope this info will help you.

Hi Rajesh

Thanks for replying ...I know that the status of the Queue should be green before applying the SPAM Update. I have clicked on the "Confim Queue" It gives me a message on the status bar that " The OCS Package Queue is empty" and the status of the queue remains unchanged i.e RED.

I had earlier tried to import languages and it shows me in the transaction stms_import that the status of the request is green.

Please help

mate,

go to SPAM transaction and go to supportpackage -> import Queue and do it on the dialog mode. I per your message there is some SP which in the queue half the way so u need to complete the process. Once the import is completed then you will have the permission to update other SP.

Let me know the status

Hi Sarin,

if your queue status is "RED" then, first correct the previous SP import. to do so, under "directory" tab, select "aborted support package", & click "display". then in the list if you find any support pack, first import that SP successfully and upgrade the SPAM or else delete that support pack from the queue.

with rgds,

Rajesh.

You in the first pahse of the support pack installation so aborting, deleting and then re-import as per Rajesh is the way to go.
